Systagenix/Wound Care

OK. I have read this entire thread tonight after being contacted by a recruiter for an opening in Detroit MI. Don't worry I will not be going after this job, but just curious to the recruiters info. 70k base, this is the #3 territory in the country and this rep will easily make 130-140k.

Just looking to get entertained by the responce. Good luck to all of you.

Actually comp plan and goal are quite good this year. Why not interview?

Quincy or field sales? Manager? Whoever it is, good luck. They will be missing a bright future here however with wound chek.

bright future? well when you have 3% market share in the wound market i guess you can only go one way. we do have good products but you will go broke and lose your house while enjoying that bright future of being dead last in the wound market.

Good products here and good comp plan. Reps come on here and complain but they are too big a pussy to share how the numbers are so far. Are we ahead of plan in your region? Are you beating plan? My region is doing ok but lets be honest and say how we are doing. Grow a sack.
 






as for the person who was contacted by a recruiter and now doesn't want to work here.....don't you have a mind of your own? Why would you take comments on a message board as the truth? For our sake, please don't continue with the interview process, thank you.

go to ANY other company message board and you'll see the same threads.....some good, some not so good......people who don't even work here anymore continue to type messages just to shine a negative light on all the good stuff going on here - what goes around comes around and you will get yours someday. Move on with your lives......

as for Northeast turnover......it's gonna be a really good turnout........you wait and see. Give up your house ? Little dramatic isn't it? Really - you had a job and had to give up your house? Doesn't make any sense .....guess you just have to place the blame on someone, sad really.

Hmmm, if memory serves me right I think the last time there was 100% turnover was was in the Western region....in 2009... And how has that worked out so far? Ah the answer would be pretty damn good - two out of the three reps to win President's Club were from that region and are heading to Italy in a couple of weeks.........so best of luck Northeast !!

Negativity and lack of committment will do nothing for you or the company you work for. Sometimes turnover is EXACTLY what a company or region needs in order to survive and grow.

I'd be happy to take your 65k at plan as well. The managers finally have this place tip-top and we have no time for loser whiners. Adaptic Touch is taking off with big deals going down everyday. We'll see about who made the right call between leaving and staying.

Too bad Adaptic Touch isn't a big part of the comp plan. If you sell 100k of this stuff in a year, you're looking at 10k in commissions spread over 12 months. Less than 1k per month! And, nobody will top 100k anyway!!!!

Taking wound care by storm, one percentage point at a time. One day we'll be up to 4% MARKET SHARE!!!! I never saw a rep leave Systagenix and come back. I wonder why?

Management ran good people out of the NE. Period!

some regions have not grown 100k in all products combined so to your point most reps will sell about 17k of adaptic touch and make 1700 bucks for the year.

to the person who said big deals are going down everyday. step up and list a state this has happened in? come on big girl lets hear it.
