Thank you very much for the hours of enjoyment these posts have brought me. I am a "recovering" Systagenix employee. To all out there, the grass is greener, there are companies out there who will openly communicate and don't lie...companies can over forecast quotas it's just those that will fix them and fairly compensate their employees. Everything you asked can be found on this thread. If you choose to not believe it then that is your fault. Manager is micro. Right now everybody is waiting to see what the 2011 quota will look like. Each area will have a different number however expect it to be very very high. Multiple openings in Northeast so not sure which one you are looking at but expect a very aggressive quota.
 






Working for Systagenix has robbed me of my pride, willingness to succeed, ability to buy nice things, and now my girlfriend left me for a real medical device rep who can actually perform in the sack and hit his quotas.

I'm banking my kids college education on the success of Adaptic Touch. My key surgeons are chomping at the bit to get there hands on this product. I'm getting ready for 18-20 hour days once Adaptic Touch is launched.

IT'S LIKE WE'LL BE PRINTING MONEY!!!!!!!!!!

Printing money is illiegal, but then again, so is raping and pillaging your own reps like our management team has done since this company launched.

If you think surgeons are excited about this product, you should paint your Taurus yellow and call it the Systagenix Short Bus.

To the reps who complaine on CP about how bad systagenix is sack up and move on. I am a former rep who bought the hype realized it was not true and moved on. If you are a good rep it should not take long. I now enjoy monthly commision checks!!!!
 






I would really like to know how many reps still owe all of the $4300 or a portion of it and will we still need to that back once this nightmare of year ends? If we still do then it could be July of next year before these reps start seeing a commission check.

Oh and where is the comp plan and quota? We were told it would be in our hands last month... I bet they are waiting to see the sales numbers come in for November so they can increase quotas for next year based on the baselines going up.

I guess we still have the Q4 contest though right? Here is a question, how can you pay someone in December based on sales results that we will not see until February? If they reward someone for winning and it turns out they really didnt win because when the numbers come out the sales just were not there do they take back the 5-7k? hmmmm..... another well thought out idea.
