Systagenix/Wound Care

What the hell is going on there in the northeast???

B/c the manager is a complete csucker and once the guarantee period ends you will only make a salary. Cant wait to see the new quotas and how out of touch with reality they are. Asking someone with a baseline of 300-500k to grow any more than 70k which would be 20% or greater would be fucking dumb and lead to more turnover. Believe it or not right now everyone is in a holding pattern waiting to see what the 2011 quota will be. If it is unrealistic again people are gone. Very few people will grow more than 70k in 2010. Just the facts folks.

And another one from the Northeast quits....what else is new?

Looks like the Boston rep quit. That is the second rep to quit in the northeast who was only on-board for 5 months or less! The other was here only 2 months or less and went into CONSTRUCTION! How awful is SWM when you quit and take a construction job??? Wow!

Fact is, you can't live comfortably in the northeasrt making only your base salary. Unless, you live in PA. Too bad management doesn't realize that! There is basically ZERO incentive to stay here anymore! I don't think there ever was a reason to join this organization in the first place! Just empty promises for any reps who joined Systagenix, and no choice for those who were working for Ethicon.

My advice, everyone get out if you can!!! Management (especially on the east coast) are back-stabbing scumbags that don't give two shits about you, and are incompetent at managing a sales force.

By the way, is that now 6 or 7 reps gone this year in the Northeast? Aren't there only 8 territories? I think that pretty much sums it up over here!

Goodnight, time to fake some SFDC calls, even though the CEO deems the site as pretty much useless.

northeast region
is field sales being replace with tele sales by distribution
ask the large distributors that are being given sweetheart deals by quincy - no equity with pricing from one distributor to another - a medicare price - a reseller price - whats the difference
qui tam anyone

What the fuck are you talking about dipshit? Please keep the posts literate. Ok, thanks.

You must be in sales or work in Quincy. I am neither. I was in your business back in the '90's with Ethicon and JJWM. If you kill your number with any wound care sales job the best you will do will barely pay your mortgage. Do yourself a favor and get an MBA or a JD, a salesperson with a BS/BA doesn't cut it in this economy. No one ever went to college and majored in sales.

Seen your October numbers? I have

Ok Fashek you stupid asshole. An MBA doesn't guarantee you shit. If you sell effectively, you move boxes, and you make coin. Unless of course, we work for this abortion of a company you put together. So how are those October numbers? Let me guess... They suck don't they? Shitty board, shitty corporate, and shitty sales force morale pretty much equals disaster for everyone involved here. Except maybe you and your deal with the devil. What kind of fuckin' loser looks back and checks this board from their time with the company in the 90's anyway? Get a life old man. Oh yeah, too many books and not enough women in college! How's your MBA now dicklips? Go get a hooker have her strap it on and give it to you like you have given it to the sales reps here at Systagenix. I'm so done with you pussies. Identify yourself so I can confront you can kick your ass like you were back in high school again!

Well crafted my friend. I wish you continued success with selling Teille and Adaptic.

What kind of _______ loser looks back and checks this board from their time with the company in the 90's anyway?

A stockholder.

Cheers

I am neither a manager or a quincy employee, but I have to speak up after reading this board. Although I am frustrated with my current salary and irritated with the past promises of riches when being interviewed, I am not leaving. When I came to Systagenix, I left a company with horrible morale due to the majority of reps living of their base due to poor budgeting. This may sound a lot like Systagenix, but trust me....this is where the comparison stops.

The difference between Systagenix and many other struggling companies is that we actually have a strong pipeline of products and have a VP that sincerely wants to correct past wrongs by implementing a new comp. plan ASAP. In an industry full of companies with bad products and bad leadership, those 2 differences separate us from the rest and ensure that I am staying put.

Well, it is done......with a great comp plan in place and Tielle showing it is the best in class foam we are going to kick major ass in 2011. Adaptic Touch will surpass 5 million in sales very quickly. The new conversion tool will be a great compliment to SFDC and will keep us aligned for growth. All the people who were going to leave have left, the cream is rising to the top and Systagenix will dominate the space! I am proud to be part of such a great team and our managers are the best in the business. Watch out competition, we are going to cause havoc!!!!!

Wow. You are one crazy person. While I believe 2011 will be better than 2010 (actually it cant get any worse so anything is going to be better) I cant go all Tom Cruise like you did above about next year until I see one thing: 2011 QUOTA!!! If the number is not realistic all that other stuff is as useless as my manager.

My biggest issue right now is our management team told us all what we needed to hear during our Regional Meetings. However when they were asked about the comp plan and the quota it was very clear nothing was finished yet and there was still A LOT of work to be done before we would receive them. It sounded very promising however its all talk until we see it. Do not be fooled on future turnover either. Reps are waiting to see the quotas and comp plan and if we feel we can not make money we will leave. Believe it or not we know a thing or two about our business and growing 40-60% is crazy talk. Happy Holidays.

Things I am thankful for:

Great products
Great managers who keep us focused and are problem solvers
Adaptic Touch
Sofia
Tielle!
SFDC....yes SFDC!
A management team who is committed to growth and who cares about the reps

Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Need to find a tracing distributor with Adaptic Touch in stock.
I have a wound center that wants to purchase today.
This is a hot product - lots of interest - facilities are ready to buy.
Any ideas?
