Man, that is a really bleak portrayal of life at SWM. I do like the company and the people but that only goes so far. There is no money to be paid here. I wish it were different, but I need to get a second job to support my family until I get another job.
 






ok, now this is about the time where one of the managers or the VP of Sales chimes in with a ridiculous comment on how to stay focused, drive Tielle, and utilze SFDC in order to make big dollars in 2011. Please save it, and drink you own fuckin' brown Kool Aid!!!

Seriously, if managers are going to post on here, they should at least take credit for dooping new reps to come to this abortion of a company. I was told 150 at plan originally. I won't make half of that this year.

I would've been better off at McDonalds slingin' the new real fruit smoothies.

Potential pharma rep candidates, you will only be hired here because "the Man" thinks you will be ok only making 80k/year and won't complain.

Too much negativity here! Things are improving every day. Traction is being made with Tielle, you can believe it. I know a couple of people who have big evals going on. Lets stay attached to our business plans and drive new business with Tielle! The new products are going to bring us to the top of the mountain and we will be the most admired wound care company in the world. Lets get through this tough year and get ready for a great 2011!

wow, this manager has gone completely off the reservation!

Get this through your thick skull.......TIELLE SUCKS. Period. Nobody has any successful evals going on. They may say they do in order to "buy time" while looking for other jobs. and what mountain is a MMP diagnostic tool going to get you to the top of? Mt. Imagination? Nobody knows or cares about MMP's.
 






























Yep conference calls are upcoming to discuss q4 comp changes. If the news does not put money in our pockets ASAP multiple reps will be out the door in weeks. Some are working second jobs here.
 
























I think it's about time to pull the plug on this one. Isn't it obvious to anyone other than the reps that we are never going to win in the acute market?

Why don't we play to our strengths and capitalize on the DME aspect of the business? Long term care, etc?

Guess the bombs fizzled out again...no one is leaving. Stop the games, sell tielle, and create good solid business plans and you will make some money. Stop with the I'm leaving bullshit.
