There's a fundamental disconnect between what Indian leadership (Dilip, Abhay) see, and what the reality of doing business in the US actually is.
Even as a rep, that's clear. The divisiveness here is pushing a lot of people to leave, and that will continue.
People have been selective in choosing when to leave. I think we'll see that change and people will jump to something less than their top pick bc it's getting so bad week over week.
There are huge holes in the organization - including at least 5 VP roles - that can't be plugged bc no one will come, or won't be plugged bc the work will be dumped on others, or, it'll be offshored to India. We can't get reliable internal data, McKesson is balking at us, we don't pay our vendors ... I mean even the employee eating area on the first floor is unfinished after 10 months bc the we didn't pay the contractor.
It's a no win.
I'm expecting two very competitive offers next week. Good companies want good people.
