SUN Pharma = Sh*t Show

Unfortunately I think it will only get worse. The people they brought in for their experience are leaving or have left. Nobody wants to work for a company where they have no voice, and are treated like 3rd rate citizens. The place is dirty and corrupt. It’s not a company that is interested in doing the right thing. It can’t get any better because they aren’t attracting good people. The worst environment I have ever seen.

Interviewed recently. The RM was a joke! I knew more than he did not only about the Sun drug but also the market. The pompous fucker thought he was God. I cut my day short cause I couldnt see lowering myself to work at this pathetic place!

There's a fundamental disconnect between what Indian leadership (Dilip, Abhay) see, and what the reality of doing business in the US actually is.

Even as a rep, that's clear. The divisiveness here is pushing a lot of people to leave, and that will continue.

People have been selective in choosing when to leave. I think we'll see that change and people will jump to something less than their top pick bc it's getting so bad week over week.

There are huge holes in the organization - including at least 5 VP roles - that can't be plugged bc no one will come, or won't be plugged bc the work will be dumped on others, or, it'll be offshored to India. We can't get reliable internal data, McKesson is balking at us, we don't pay our vendors ... I mean even the employee eating area on the first floor is unfinished after 10 months bc the we didn't pay the contractor.

It's a no win.

I'm expecting two very competitive offers next week. Good companies want good people.

A friend saw R Groff interviewing with their company lately. People, when your NSD is interviewing things are NOT good.

I heard Fabs is interviewing back at Jansen Biotech. They need a parking lot attendant. Also car washers for our company cars.
How you doing, Fabs? We're still having fun with you, dude!

Our NSD is interviewing, and so many have left the past 60 days -VP Sales, VP Market Access, head of Finance, two leaders from the Opth BU, BD, marketing, patient access services, regional sales manager, reps ...

I guess Sun won't be making the list of 'Best Companies' to work for.

unfortunately, having biologics on your resume with Sun will be short-lived, and as the industry knows this place is a dump, it'll actually hurt your employment opportunities.
