Laugh all you want jerk off but I will have the last laugh. Just a few days ago I put a complaint about illegal marketing in with the OIG and mentioned all of the names of people who instructed us to sell off label. I did not go through a lawyer, I went directly to the OIG and I want ZERO compensation for blowing the whistle. For your sake I hope you are not one of the people in management I mentioned that teach selling off label. Fabs and the rest will get what is coming.

Some people just don't have the skill set or inherent capabilities to be a leader. DF is textbook. Not very bright either. He'd make a good dishwasher in the company cafeteria, or a decent men's room attendant.
 






Fabs is a pig. I sat a table with him and he had food all over his face talking with his mouth full and was talking about the Monica Lewinski and Bill Clinton incident. No class. Dude still thinks he is at a frat party.
 






Why is everyone complaining? I challenge you to find anything funnier than watching these geniuses try to run an international company. Seriously, Dilipbert is funnier than anything you will ever find on cable tv or the internet. I stay because I know I will never get to see such wide-spread absurd dysfunction again in my life time. On a more serious note, I do think differently about taking medication now.

Sales Director ??
She was a front line manager here. They come and go at every organization. Having said that that Levulalan team is in big trouble. They did not light up the score board when they had zero competition. Now that they have a good competitor they are in huge trouble. The managers and the reps over there have no idea how to grow the business except sell against the annual giant price increase which this year will simply drive more business over to the new competitor. Not to mention their off label selling practices. Stay away or get ready to leave while you still can.
 






Our NSD is interviewing, and so many have left the past 60 days -VP Sales, VP Market Access, head of Finance, two leaders from the Opth BU, BD, marketing, patient access services, regional sales manager, reps ...

I guess Sun won't be making the list of 'Best Companies' to work for.
 






the diviseness here makes the US and the NFL look like nirvana.

Dilip is in deep trouble - he's completely lost any sense of understanding and control and will lose badly in the US. It won't take long to fold up the tent.

I have heard rumours that the where negotiations for partnering, but the arrogance of <<someone>> stopped it. Now they have to pay for or they are game over.

I also have heard rumours that the only problem might be a chinese derm company, which holds nearly a quarter of the shares.

It feels right to be out of business.

Considering to invest in Biofrontera. Do you have some insights?

I confirm and agree! They wont get more than 20% market share next year. They believe and miss it! These German Dudes!
