Yes you are right. However, in most companies HR serves a a mediator to get to the truth. Sometimes they launch investigations to hear both sides. Unfortunately at CRTX you are Guilty first. If you go to HR here you have no rights. The place is a walking lawsuit waiting to happen.

Hey fag...U still think this place sucks- after they double the $ per script and we get a seriously generous raise after only 4 months (of work). All that with a backdrop that includes losing a molecule recently and being heavily in the red???????????? What does that tell you ACE about this company? the company that continues to impress me and others.

just a thought: you starting to impact sales or are you still blaiming it on your manager? does it suck knowing that you really aren't as good as you thought? there is only one person on stage at this company and the lights are only on you when you kick ass- and also when you suck... no where to hide, except behind complaints in your case-

you know, in all my years in this industry i've noticed one absolute: managers hunt down the crappy talent and leave the performers alone. you must be the former. despite jag-offs like you that complain all the time, this place is impressing the hell out of me. thanks to stand-up guys like Rick Finnegan who call spades... spades, i am glad i came here. his recent state of the union msg/teleconference was intelligent, accurate and probably focused at passion-less ass-faces like you. it showed the kind of leadership that "piece of shit companies" don't have, and the kind that "sharp and generous" ones do-

take his hint and pack your bags... face it you a whine cuz u cannot cut it- this place is too challenging for you- harder than you thought- and the lights are only on you-
 












Both parties get a life. This place does suck but keep it to yourself. Do what I'm doing and get your resume out there.
If you are happy here then enjoy it! I agree Rick seems to be a stand up guy but he is not the leader of the sales force. I work for my RSM and he/she dictates my day to day activities under the leadership of our worthless VP of Sales. This place is not challenging at all I've worked for much better organizations with much better talent than here. But I only have my self to blame for this mess that I've gotten myself into so now I have to find a way out but I have to do it the right way.
 






I agree with the above poster. I can only blame myself for coming here. I am pushing my resume but so far, no luck (have been looking for about 3 weeks). I know it may take a bit of time before I am out of here, but the second I get the chance I am gone!!!
