Relax..."Forget about these options" Can you hit the panic button any harder? We have 3-4 yrs before cashing those in and at that time we'll have 3+ products. This always happens to new companies with one product. Volatility will be our mantra for a couple of years. Now is the time to buy, and buy huge. A few months from now, it could be at 9 again.

[/ QUOTE ]

I do not agree. Our pipeline is weak. If you do some research with HMGB1, CTIO1 and the Alpha 7 products we don't have a chance. Ask around to include our own R&D they will tell you the facts. Best chance we have is to get bought out by another Pharma company. However, this move will only benefit the executives in our company.

How come all the upper management guys are SELLING? If this was such a great time to buy, you would think they of all people would be doing it, but it's all sell sell sell. I wish I could get rid of those options now. Just give me the money, otherwise I think we are going to get screwed.

Hey guys,

Wanted to give you an update on my double dipping
grin.gif

So far, so good. I finish training with my new company on Friday. It has been easy so far. When my managers ride with me, the hardest part is going to be to remember which car to drive that day
grin.gif
My eventual goal is to get to the point where both of these jobs can be done on a Tues-Thur, 10-2 schedule. If a conflict that I can't switch around does arise, I will dump this job like the pile of horse dung it is (other job pays more and my new manager isn't a total bitch like my rsm here).

I will keep you guys updated!

Remember the TITANIC? There were two types people there.
The 1st type left and got on the life boats the minute the boat started to take on the water. The second type stayed enjoying their fine meals and enjoying the music. What group will you be? The choice is yours good luck!

[/ QUOTE ]

Thanks for the condesending tone there. You must be an EXPERT.

Yes I have heard of programmed selling before but riddle me this Mr expert: why is it that not one single officer of this company is BUYING???? Every transaction is a sell. If the future is so bright, you would think that everyone would be buying up our stock now that it has dipped so low.

It feels like none of the executives of the company are risking as much as we are. How hard is it to sell thousands of shares of stock that were awarded to you when you were hired? Where is the risk in that? Answer: there isn't any - the true risk would be to buy stock now. If this company fails, the board, CFO, Anne and the rest of that crew will land softly at another job. Chances are, they will be given a fat severance as well. The rest of us will wind up with some worthless paper (our options) and out of work.

nice job making up all those bogus stock trades that are as confidential as NSA files in washington. are you trying to cause an exodus or just have stock interest in CRTX and want to get everyone to lower their guards and value. nice try gunner, but I am buying all that I can afford and I hope you get shut out. our pipeline is young, but interesting and novel. can you think of anyone, and i do mean anyone who is working with cytokines/leukotrienes other than Lilly??? look at merck's piece of shit that does 4 bill a yr- we land one molecule and it looks like hmg is it, and we are done my friend. period.

Nice try idiot. All that stuff is public, you just need to get your head out of your ass first. Try: http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor/invsub/insider/trans.asp?Symbol=CRTX

Why don't you do everyone a favor and shut up until you know what you are talking about? Which in your case will be when hell freezes over.

Just as I thought, if you go to the Yahoo finance page and look at the transactions listed the lion's share of them were "planned" or "automatic". And how exactly will we "lose our shirts"? Right now you own a piece of paper-nothing more. And it didn't cost you a dime!

There's no way HMGO1 is making it. I'll take all bets! But we will get bought out and the executives will make a killing.

Why doesn't everyone get back to work and get your 2 scripts a week. And Yes I realize that we are all fucked but writting about it in CafePharma is not going to solve the problem. Make what you can out of the situation, spend some time during day getting your resume out like I'm doing right now and make your move when the time is right.

Wow, you went to the Yahoo finance page?!?! My God, you must be right then! I won't waste time arguing with you, because you are obviously too stupid to understand what I am saying so I will just repeat what I said before. Maybe if you read it several times it will begin to sink in.

"Thanks for the condesending tone there. You must be an EXPERT.

OP is right. The executives are always taken care of. isn't life a bitch? Okay now get back to work and get your 2 scripts this week. TITANIC!!!!!! REMEMBER TITANIC!!!!!!! If you have fantasies of us becoming another AMGEN forget it. Executives got into this venture to enventually sell it to the highes bid. This is no secret to anyone so get a life a move on okay. Do something about it and stop complaining because if you don't nobody else will.

I,ve never posted on this site and honestly feel it is more a cancer than anything else. I do however cherrish the truth. For what it is worth ALL officers and board members have to disclose all their transactions, these can easily be looked up on any financial site such as Scott Trade under "insider trading". Yes they all are selling but in fairness Paul Rubin just cancelled a 40,000 planned stock sale. We will have to wait and see but any pipeline means very little if there is limited revenue coming in and huge expenses going out. Wall Street and inverstors have had it with promises. they want results.

You really think we have a pipeline? I think not. At best we have something that may tempt a Big Pharma type company to buy us. Zyflo IV or BID or QID is not much and as far as the HMGB1, CT01 and Alpha 7 we are not having much luck with. Again I invite you to talk to some our scientist when you have chance and they'll tell you the truth. It's a big joke at home office among a small circle who work with these potential products. Bottom line is that we will not survive just based on the fact that we can't deliver results.

Wall Street isn't stupid - this company is a joke. Whoever said this place was like the Titanic was right on the mark. I am taking tomorrow off to hit up Monster.com all day. Time to hit the life boats!!!

You guys are a bunch of whiney pussies. Can u hit the panic button any harder. Get out there and work instead of posting at 11 am, 2 pm, etc. U are the fuckin' problem if you bitch when you should be hustlin'. You are blind and not keeping up with the flow if you don't see the potential of zyflo in C.O.P.D. and CVD. A study was just completed last month by some Cardiologists in high-risk atherosclerosis patients that showed that Zyflo can stabilize plaques and keep them from rupturing. That means less M.I.'s and strokes for those in the cheap seats. The implications of that are manifold.

Hmg1 is already in phase 2 and shows efficacy in multiple disease arenas. First IV study done today which would make transitions from injections in the ICU to outpatient docs dosing the CR flawless and sensible; what the hell more do you want 5 months in. Get out and do it. I am bringing in 8-12 rx's a week and am picking up momentum; 1-2 writers every week with solid LTB4 discussions and med inquiries for COPD usage. That is the future, there is a huge market and my pulmonologists know it and are already getting great results in that arena. Stop being the anchor and grab a paddle.
