For anyone looking to join Supernus during the Q1 mass exodus, they will not support your maternity leave. And then, when you’re finally back in the field they will immediately ship you off to a 3 day meeting where you won’t have time to pump to support your child, while sharing a room with a stranger during this vital adjustment time. (Don’t forget they’ll hop on here to make fun of you with comments like that.) So keep on keeping on until you find a better fit if family is in your future. Truth.

Darling, I said nothing about not being able to sell. I am a multi-award winner at this company. My sales pay for other people’s salaries and that is a fact. The maternity leave here is a joke, that’s not debatable; it’s a solid fact, and one that newcomers, I’m sure, will appreciate knowing before they sign on the dotted line. I highly doubt our bigoted male leaders will change it. Also a fact.

The entertaining part of this is your inability to realize that there are dozens of reps on here, so you think this is a linear conversation. Such an idiot.

Also, might I add, that while I do know other people leaving, I am not going anywhere. I interviewed with other companies and that can not match what I’m making. I get the sense that you are unable to comprehend that I am A: with a brain, B: good at my job and C: have my own opinion.

First of all, I’m a woman. And I work as a sales rep AND decide if chicken or beef is for damn dinner. So shove your misogyny. YOU are what’s wrong with any culture whether it’s Supernus or society. Your toughest decision all day is to sit in your car and watch Hulu or go buy yourself a free Starbucks.
Second, you go stay home with kids and hold the house down. As even a working mom, I know that deciding if chicken or beef is for dinner while having to deal with kids is a cluster. So admire and praise them. You GTFOH with your dumb sorry ass

I love guys like this. They are never good at anything, which makes being better than them all that much sweeter. I mean, if the only thing you’ve got going for you are your man parts, I guess putting down women is all you can do. Is it really hard to figure out how to rearrange things on the page every quarter?

And let’s not discuss the latest piece of marketing sh!t. This migraine checklist. It might be the most convoluted and unintelligible piece we have had yet. I was actually excited about it when I first heard of it. A simple checklist for patients to go through before they see the doc. But then we saw it at POA. And it is so hard to follow and makes absolutely zero sense.

I have a feeling the doctors and staff throw them in the trash as soon as I leave.
