Well we are blowing away our direct competition in Qudexy, that is probably the most accurate measurement tool to hold the field responsible on performance.

Why don't you learn to work a calculator so you can appropriately forecast 2020. That way you don't have to steal from us right before Christmas next year.

Shame on you for saying this under the market circumstances. We put hundreds of millions of dollars in the bank and we are selling old drugs. Shame on you. Maybe you should go out and try to sell, oh wait, you probably did for a year then got the hell out to be a manager. Or you probably sold with shite 20 years ago. Your mentality is out dated. Marketing is no longer needed for TXR and OXR. In fact, they haven't been needed since the MABS launched. For the past 18 months marketing has done nothing but sit around Rockville and "take" a paycheck, while they wait for 812 to launch.

I still don't understand why we doubled the number of employees at home office over the past 3 years. Was it really needed? Are they really contributing their salary? If you didn't double the size of home office would we have hit forecast for 2019? Cuts are needed in Rockville!!

Easy there guy. None of us in the field are happy with the current state of affairs, but that’s no reason to call for other people to lose their jobs. Take the high road and keep doing your job the best you can. That’s the only way to stay sane while everything gets back on track. Or find greener pastures if you’ve lost confidence in the company.

Your opportunity never had anything to do with QXR. Where is the bulk of the business Einstein? How much IR Topiramate is used out there?

You might want to rethink your idea of blowing away the competition. We outnumber them 4:1 yet their per rep revenue is higher than ours.

Their management of costs allowed them to acquire two migraine products while we dump good money after bad waiting for 810.

If you were blowing them away, no one would be on here worried about the impact of them going generic.

Now go vacuum some Cheerios out of the back seat.

You know who else is in the topiramate market? The MABS. Would you say you have properly armed the field to go against them?? You are an idiot. We destroyed Qudexy when they had a full sales force years ago and we are destroying them now. They are our direct competition and the most accurate scale to measure the fields progress. As far as the legit generic that will be out in March I am sure you will find a way to blame the field for not being able to sell through that hurdle.

Did you buy a new calculator for 2020 so you don't have to rob me right before Christmas again? The field is doing our job and doing it well. Now do yours.

What’s with the Cheerios comments? Are you parent-shaming? Are we supposed to be offended? Oh, that’s right, Supernus hired a bunch of early 20-something reps, then acted surprised when they wanted to start families by offering the most embarrassing maternity leave in the industry. I personally am proud of my family and find your Cheerios comments to be something expected to come out of a small brain. It’s in poor taste, hombre.

For anyone looking to join Supernus during the Q1 mass exodus, they will not support your maternity leave. You will encounter every frustration imaginable as HR is clueless about federal and state laws (plan to cry, a lot), then they only offer 60% pay from short term disability (Industry standard is 100%, some pay ‘bonus’ stipends while you’re out), while rushing you back to work. And then, when you’re finally back in the field they will immediately ship you off to a 3 day meeting where you won’t have time to pump to support your child, while sharing a room with a stranger during this vital adjustment time. (Don’t forget they’ll hop on here to make fun of you with comments like that.) So keep on keeping on until you find a better fit if family is in your future. Truth.

Not sure how this makes any difference at all. THIS IS the company culture, so it wouldn’t matter who said it. I’d expect to hear it from anybody above a sales rep. Crap companies have crap policies, backwards mentalities and look for any reason to talk down to employees “beneath” them. It honestly could have been anybody and I wouldn’t be surprised.

I have to actually say otherwise. This job has been cake for having a family. Very flexible. And our health benefits are amazing... cost me $250 to birth a baby and $500 to adopt my dog. I agree only getting 60% pay for 6 weeks of STD for maternity leave is ridiculous. However, how many sick days have you used? Because you should have those racked up plenty to get paid the rest of the 6 weeks off and still have plenty leftover. I’m not full on team Supernus right now but just saying I’ve appreciated this job for the flexibility and benefits it’s given me with my family

Insurance is different from maternity leave. So that’s a completely different subject. Supernus health insurance is pretty standard. But if you want to talk about nuances, we can start with UHC doesn’t even cover Trokendi without jumping through hoops
