No. 2025 is the Last Dance for the SOTYKTU Derm Sales team. The sales volume we drive this year will not pay for the hole we have dug since we launched. Later this year Jansen will launch its oral IL-23. It’s better than SoTankTu. 2026 I believe another oral Tyk2 will launch, and it’s better as well.

Otezla is going generic in about 2 years. PBMs will use the generic as the forced step through for an oral, then JNJ's IL23 will take the business -superior efficacy and safety to us and they know how to position and sell.

Just saw my otezla counterpart coming out of one of the biggest targets in town. She looked haggard and her eyes were distant. I asked about the holiday's and all and she just said she can't take it much longer over there. Said she hasn't seen rankings in over a quarter.

The DM who recruited me, left before launch, said we would have half of Otezla's business within 6 months. I bought his junk and now I have seen good people come and go, done a lot of silly meetings, and listened to the "pipeline in a pill" nonsense and I really doubt we will ever even launch it in PSA.

At this point, I am just cashing paychecks, collected 401k match, and laughing at Jackson's babbling.
