Unlikely , there is no one left to right size. Yes, zone and regional management is marginal at best, but from Leck down mediocrity is the plan. Most reps stay less than two years so it is just and interview and manage open territory function. Was one a decent organization, no longer .

When you don't make the numbers, you have to cut cost. Start with the worthless management team. Some are truly an embarrassment to our company.

You are missing the point entirely, KG. has the team in place that he is comfortable with.
C grade level regional managers that are retreads from failing elsewhere ,managing B and C grade TM's.
Lets face it, the m series and the edge are now just a commodity and can and are sold via online via grey market distributors ( with full warranty ) and especially by " customer care " reps over the phone. So what if we get paid on the deals, these are the first steps in making this an entry level job at best.

The Xporte is directed at the same people we have pissed off by putting ultrasound in the hands of the untrained, and claiming to train them by our applications team, or road shows.... That's a lawsuit waiting to happen, and it is just wrong.

Agreed, whatever you say about the last two years, as soon as the X-Porte is released it will be a wake up call for all other companies. We are offering huge trade in credits to make certain that this is the most successful medical device launch in history.

It's going to be a giant cluster, remember this place has been gutted. Who is it that is going to handle all these details? We can barely ship and install what we have now

Don't get yourself all worked up. There will be countless delays before we see anything new in the field. Then they will work out all the bugs on our customers

Wrong. Currently it is a rock solid platform. Evolution mot revolution. Just a few weeks of tweaking the cardiac calcs , and its ready to roll over the competition.
