Sonosite

I'm interviewing for a position selling into private practice to Ortho/Sports Med in the North East. I don't see a lot of information on here about this division. Any info that you could offer would be much appreciated.

Read all the posts and your answer could not be more clear. Spoiler alert, STAY CLEAR !
If this is the type of work you want to do, explore Bioventus or BK. ( or Mindray or GE )

Good luck to you,

Also interviewed for a Musculoskeletal division expansion- the product seems well received, and if this division is expanding, why are the comments so negative? Is one of the divisions (CV?) not doing well and the comments are geared towards that? I don't get it.

I believe there is some friction between the hospital reps and msk reps because the msk division now has exclusive access to pain management clinics, sports med, and ortho private practice...all of which used to be the hospital reps call points. Either way, they obviously couldn't handle the hospital and the msk role.

What part of the country are interviewing for?

What's going on?

The next few months are going to put SonoSite on the map. Watch out GE!
Yes, there have been painful reductions, but the investment in R/D never stopped, in fact it is the reason for reductions. Everyone will want airway ultrasound, but only available from us. Sonosite will have a productsthat will blow all others away, and you would be lucky to be employed here.good luck with your interview.
