Disruptive changes will be forthcoming , the current platforms will be sold via on line, direct /web based sales only ( except for two contracted sales channels ) and the next platform will be sold by a the direct sales team, although head count will be greatly reduced after final zips are run past zs assoc.

No way of knowing where the info comes from, but it appears to be too specific to be characterized as "doesn't have a clue" seems to be consistent with the disjointed strategies that have been implemented recently, and frankly, if you look at the website, it is clear that they have web based sales team in place. Why pay sales reps to serve a mature market where they are adding to the department fleet? If zs is involved, big changes that nobody in sales will like is coming, fun to watch from the sidelines.

Why have we been driving empty vans? New box will be released, in 2014, but will not be really ready - Release and take a year to fix problems- it's what we do. Oh, yeah , the price will not be accepted in the market, and the "other stellar companies" are ready and able to jump onto the lag in purchases that have been created due to KG's private discussions with thought leaders.
They bought into the same crap that we all did. You know this.

So, again the question is, why stay here then? If it's so miserable, then go to work for some other company and make room for someone who would like to work here. I promise there are people who would gladly take your job and to be honest, you're probably an underperformer. Is that the reason you don't take a new job? Because you would have to lie or have tried to lie about your accomplishments here and you can't find a new gig?

Interesting that you choose not to acknowledge some key points by the poster. It seems that the message is that they stayed on due to what appears to be a ton of fluffy bullshit, and is now sorry. Bet you will see some more movement out. The most recent hires / CAS promotions have been stellar , right?
