It truly is a sinking ship. It's sad really, it used to a good company. Kevin made sure that it has become a micro-managed mishap that is becoming the joke of the industry. The decisions that are being made from the top are just asinine.
How about we take a look at managerial model? There are some who have earned their stripes by working themselves up and good for them: think Rob Lewis. Great guy, great manager.
Then there are others: Look at the MSK side - Rick Harper. If you haven't had the pleasure of meeting this piece of crap yet, consider yourself lucky. He's had 15 jobs in 30 years but somehow he was able to come on board here despite having zero experience. HINT: He's friends with Brian Leck.

We're left with people like Mike McHugh, who is lying, conniving, snake in the grass. The good managers leave. We're promised products and demo units but they don't show. They keep pushing the dates back.
What did we hear at the NSM? Education is our first product! Yet, all of our education hinges on one person - Daniel Shelton. Everyone knows that he's good, real good. And everyone knows that he will leave this shitty company, probably sooner rather than later. Then what?
It's sad that our company has come to this. As someone who has been around here for a while, I believe it's finally time to leave. There are some really good people here, but the bad ones have just ruined it.
