The "cryptic" part is the "Looks like MM received his long overdue demotion" and "Rick got him pushed aside".

In other words, what happend to MM? And what part did Rick play in it? My guess is that it's speculation, as that's how they run things. They tell no one anything.

OK..for all who post here...and it seems like a select few..what would you ask an interviewer if you were being interviewed for a TM position if you wanted to get an accurate
picture of the company?

W-2 earnings for the last TM FOR 3 years. The trending will tell you all you need to know.
Wait! What ? The recruiter stated it was what @ plan ?

Also, Ask the question : what is the average tenure for TM's ---

When you interview ask for current contact info for other people in same geography.

This is true! They are on a plan because Sonosite sucks. It truly does. There are some decent people here, but management sucks, no matter which product you sell - MSK or Hospital side - or what region you're in. I would advise against working here.
