This suit is a front to get the larger company to buy the smaller. It’s a legal twisting of the arm to get to the pathway forward, at the maximum $$ desired from the larger company. The clock is officially ticking. Reps need to be smart and start to make their next moves or set plans for next moves.
Distributors need to do the same and find the lateral companies to transition their business and relationships. Just an observation but one based on experience.

guys - I don’t think you realize your own fellow reps who have looked up to you read this form. While I can respect the freedom of opinion and speech - it does make me truly sad to see not only how low moral is but that we are calling out our own people over CafePharma… just hang in there, the new year will bring a new start for us, and see how it plays out. All respect, I am not aware of everyone’s situation out there, but if you think people in other companies are any happier or any better off you would be wrong on that too. Paragon went down a spiral this year, everyone in all S&N divisions are miserable, the distributors with Envois and Medline also hate their lives, sometimes you need to hang in there and water your own grass and see if it hang in there long enough to see it grow, there’s a lot of hopeful things coming. From a fellow rep watching you guys fight with eachother, when I used to look up to you. Don’t disappoint me more - please.

Literally the dumbest attempt from corporate I’ve seen. So transparent. Not one rep would post this bullshit..Your time is coming. The company has fucked its sales force for too long
 






Can you explain why you feel like the sales force is getting F’d? Simply having the salary get cut isn’t what you mean right?. The salary *can* be generous, so if you say you could never make up the differences, is that because you cannot or because you won’t?

Secondly, unless you were like the 10th employee - the territory splits have occured for a long time, and they are pretty upfront with how and why they do this. It’s not like you didn’t know that could happen.

That salary cutting happens in most med device unless you are a specialist position of sorts or have a capital/robotics position.
