when you go and hire independent distributors who are not respected, and are just that…competition, that’s where you run into issues. They are just using the lapiplasty instrumentation to facilitate the several other hardware lines they are carrying, and in the meantime blocking out your once loyal treace reps, it doesn’t work well. Well done AB, well done. Such a smart business man.

They hire those distributors bc they HAVE the Relationship with the surgeons, probably longer than Lapiplasty has been around. It’s a relationship sell.
 






I attended sales training at the corporate office and the parking lot was practically empty the entire time. For such a huge building one would think the office might just be a cover story. Does anyone actually work there or is it just an elaborate ghost town? That definitely didn’t instill much confidence.

The clock is ticking and it doesn’t look like a favorable outcome for the salesforce. How corporate doesn’t realize they losing and will keep losing their sales team is beyond me. The comp plan is a joke and gives no one a reason to stay. Maybe by design?

You are an idiot. They have already burned sooo many distributors. Especially when they took it direct. This is no longer a relationship sale. Look at why they are being investigated for using codes for midfoot fusions to forward the business. It’s out there have a look moron

You’re an idiot, there’s still distributors like me who carry Treace and actually hit quota. That investigation is old…. Treace lost great reps and have to settle with reps like you who talk shit but won’t do anything about it but complain
