We are an unhappy sales force, what the F are you talking about "Fraud" this company is scrappy, and doing all it can on the sales side to kick butt, the company (John Treace & Aaron Berutti) just made a massive error by blindly expanding the sales force with very little business sense, and in the process demotivated and destroyed their sales force.

Mike Messina here in Texas sells multiple lines right under Mike our RVPs nose, there’s a chick Makenzie working for 2 companies and bragging about it on social media. Treace picks and chooses who they want to enforce rules or let shit go. This is the monster JT created, Florida really has some of the dumbest businessmen. You all should leave and take your business, Market Share will keep shrinking and competitive companies are paying more for your book of business.

when you go and hire independent distributors who are not respected, and are just that…competition, that’s where you run into issues. They are just using the lapiplasty instrumentation to facilitate the several other hardware lines they are carrying, and in the meantime blocking out your once loyal treace reps, it doesn’t work well. Let’s take a look at some of the RVPS. Larry Tischer? Must’ve been an AB hire. Another guy who’s all about himself and doesn’t do squat for his territories. I guess that’s why he was let go from jobs.

I attended sales training at the corporate office and the parking lot was practically empty the entire time. For such a huge building one would think the office might just be a cover story. You’re an idiot, there’s still distributors like me who carry Treace and actually hit quota. That investigation is old…. Treace lost great reps and have to settle with reps like you who talk shit but won’t do anything about it but complain
