All reps in their 2nd or 3rd year have to pick up an outside product to sell because Treace has to be the only company where you lose money each year with a stupid bridge. Reps could easily take their relationships and surgeons at any point to another product and make more. Treace prices itself out of hospitals/surgery centers and reps get undercut by competitors pricing. Well AB must be reading this as he and SE have called all the RVPs and DSMs, on a witch hunt. They say they aren't going to punish the reps, but what I believe they will do is send Cease and Desist to the companies reps are supporting. Treace is is a dumpster fire! When you have someone like AB at the helm, a person with zero empathy and a black sole what do you expect. Unbelievable what he has done to this company in 3 years.

If AB or corporate is reading this, then good! Your salesforce is about to leave. The comp plan is ridiculous and only a few reps can survive. Doesn’t matter about new products when you can’t keep the lights on. Every rep I talk to is looking for another job
 








Where they really messed up is when they gave everyone the same comp plan as if every state has the same insurance contracts with hospitals…lazy board members, lazy leadership, and lazy faculty surgeons running the company to shit.

Maybe if Treace wasn’t a one, two trick pony, their reps wouldn’t have to sell other stuff or work a second job. Maybe have some other implant offerings to not have to turn over the case to the competition. You ask about this rep like they were doing something wrong when they were really servicing their customer. Your post reeks of middle management or absolute Treace D riding. Which, if you’re a District Manager is one and the same.

We are an unhappy sales force, what the F are you talking about "Fraud" this company is scrappy, and doing all it can on the sales side to kick butt, the company (John Treace & Aaron Berutti) just made a massive error by blindly expanding the sales force with very little business sense, and in the process demotivated and destroyed their sales force.
