And hiring all their people recently let go from the BI contract...why waste all these other peoples time..
Just hire the old Ashfield people and stop wasting all the other peoples time.. so frustrating
 


















I was told the launch will be in San Francisco, not LA. Was anyone given specific next steps AFTER the virtual interview? Or is everyone else just waiting to hear back if they're moving forward in the process?
 


































































Has anyone in the south had the pleasure of speaking with Kevin, a total idiot recruiter with Ashfield? No personality, and doesn’t know his head from a hole in the ground. Does anyone at this company have anything specific that they can tell the candidates they are calling about this gig that is true? Come on Ashfield, before you call a candidate, at least try to know who and what you are representing! FYI, to the recruiters, the rep your calling shouldn’t know more about the product than you know! At least know the name of the product when asked!!! This company is a joke and needs to make sure they are ALL on the right page about at least one thing going on with the contract. Before making a call to anyone you are trying to recruit, remember you are suppose to be recruiting for this gig, not discouraging the reps you speak to. I feel sorry for anyone that is dealing with Kevin, the ultimate recruiter, a total disgrace to Ashfield and this contract. A real winner recruiter!
 


















Dead on putting this as a Soccer Mom/Dad job. Who can take six off without pay and insurance? If you can't get a job elsewhere then go for it in the meantime. I have a feeling that this experiment will fail horribly. Turnover will be huge and simply out weigh the cost of trying to make it work for Genentech. Hiring manager doesn't know important answers to questions like how will bonus be calculated. A good rep could make up for lack of pay if bonus is uncapped. If you sell more you should make more right? BTW the product has not received approval yet. I have seen other examples where people were wrong to assume something might happen. Our President, Supreme Courts vote on Obamacare just to name a few. Good luck to those that fit what they are looking for. For me, it's just too many unknowns that gives me pause to think this is going to work.

My recruiter wasn’t Kevin but he was just as bad. I was trying to figure out how large my territory would be asked him if he had a territory map or ZIP Codes he said he cannot provide any of that I said will how can I say I’m interested in moving forward if I don’t even know what the geography is
