This thread is very interesting folks- not one person has gotten the job. Just people who have made it to the third interview and have found out they didn't get the job. Basically this is how it went down. If the Salix people didn't pick a Quintiles person for the third interview the other candidate has been told no by someone? I was sitting in the holding room with either Quintiles former reps ( 2 or more contracts) or B2B experience no Pharma. Either Quintiles/Salix have worked out a condition of staying below a certain ratio with certain experience /salary per team or something weird is going on. Seriously no one has been told they have the job but were told they would know within 1-2 days. More than likely if you emailed the recruiter and you didn't get a no you didn't get the job you did get it or your a maybe.
I honestly think that Quintiles is preparing offers to begin sending out next week. No one has received an offer yet that I am aware of. Regardless of being former contract rep or not. If the director liked you in the third round and you pass background check you most likely have the job. Come Monday I'm sure people will begin to hear back from Quintiles. I interviewed Thursday and was told I'd hear back in a couple of days. The director in my third interview stated that Quintiles would be in touch since they are the company sending out offers, not Salix. Salix can't offer jobs.. Quintiles can and will once they receive all info. need from Salix and via background checks I'm guessing.
