Former Quintiles with 20 years experience here, interviewed yesterday, did not go to the RM interview, a nice young man with no pharma experience was passed to RM, as we were waiting, he asked me what a typical day as a pharma rep was like.....

I think it depended if the manager wanted to control the reps, if they were controlling, they pick newbies. One problem is that it takes 1.5 to 2 years for a new pharma rep to understand the business and get good at it. I do not see this contract lasting that long.
