I wouldn't be to scared that a company with a 3 person training department has the resources to launch internal investigations regarding internet usage.

And to the poster regarding JH's use of the phrase "that's a great question" this RBD will have his stroke counter out during day 1 for that purpose alone.

As for you AM's who can't get over the clinical irrelevance of the device, do yourselves a favor. Go look for a new job in Q1. Selling something you don't believe in is impossible. But maybe that's just the manager in me.

He really is a joke. The sad thing is, he thinks his reps love him. What he doesn't realize is that no one is happy with him since his return and no one trusts him. I do think, given some minor changes in his behavior, he must have had his hands slapped recently. Perhaps, someone is finally paying attention.

Wow for a company and product that 9 out of 10 device reps have never heard of this thread is huge! It was like the Haemonetics thread (ironically also a blood management company) that had a million hits and comments a few years ago.I bet all these posts are coming from a total of 3-5 people just like the haemonetics threads. They have to be because NOBODY outside the few who got suckered into selling these useless devices has any idea what the hell you are or what you do!

Isnt it funny that the largest threads on here, this one and one called "Dynasplint" are the most viewed! I means seriously who the fuck is Dynapslint? Its gotta be just a few pissed off reps.

Well, you're here and obviously know what we do and I doubt that a few pissed off reps could account for the 5000+ views.

It it is simply a reflection of the current state of the company and probably somewhat related to the recruiting drive and upcoming NSM.

I seriously doubt these posts are just a handful of pissed off reps. More reps are seriously frustrated and that's what seems to come across here. Sadly, we have to be honest and admit that these things are true. Perhaps, if we correct these things, the tenor of these posts will reflect that and the salesforce will improve in their outlook.

The large threads are like train wrecks, you have to look to see what is going on! You were a nobody when you were Tissuelink and a nobody today. The companies that have succuess do not have big ass threads like these, because the reps are busy working selling product and dont have time to sit on here bitching about what a mistake it was to join a shit company.
