AZ has become a not so great place to work. These European leaders have an inferiority complex (warranted because they suck) and manage through intimidation. It permeates through the organization because no one wants to push back for fear of reprisal.
 




Ms. HR Hill please keep your advices to yourself!!! No one cares for them!! No one ever benefited from them!! We're sick of you telling us what to do when it's none of your business!! Stop bullying us with your stupid talks. We're leaders & know how to run the business. We don't need your amateur support. We wonder who made you HR partner!!!

She's a disaster. She didn't talk to us & lashed us out in the COE trip. No one from my team bothered to talk with her either. She has low EQ & no empathy for employees. She isn't the kind of hr head expected in AZ. We deserve better.

True that!! I saw her videos on workplace on development day. She's all about herself. Showing off her popularity that no one cares about!!! I pass her almost every day in Wilmington headquarters. She never greets & has an arrogant expression. My manager once introduced me to her but besides nodding & forced smile she had no expression. And after that day she never even acknowledged me!! I've never met such leader in my life!!!

VP of HR in Wilmington is headstrong. She doesn't have enough leadership experience nor she understands how to lead. She just spends time criticizing others instead of seeing how she herself performs. She's ineffective. No one cares what she says in our LT meetings. Talking about HR what kind of policies do they have? I met Jakie Cantaleno on the COE trip. She's their office facilities staff. How did she get a chance to go on the COE trip? After working hard & sweat our sales people couldn't get the trip because they missed the COE rank by a few points. But people like Jakie got the ticket to Rome for arranging table & chairs in HQ! We work hard & someone else reaps the reward! What's her contribitution into sales?
