Speaking of Super Bowl commercials, the sheep standing herded in a field singing "We are the Champions" reminded me of Jami's Flo Hos. I long for the days when we ran the site at 85% capacity and manufactured and shipped product. Back then there was no graffiti in the elevators and no need for putting in cameras to spy on employees. That sure sent a message of trust to the employees. Oh yes, there was also no need to browbeat employees into contributing their money so Jami or one of her minions could "win" dancing with the stars.
To be fair, it could be one of her minions left in Florence... Best thing that ever happened to the site? No! Best thing that ever happened for the under-performers who whine and and brown-nose effectively? Yes!
Minion or JDP herself, who cares... they all are the same type of losers. She lacked and they lack leadership ability. They all spouted phrases they heard in training or from others but they didn't demonstrate leadership ability at all. Time to move on, hope for a buyer, and if sold, hope for a leader who CAN lead the site.

Uh oh. Jami's BF and protector Tim Moore resigned? TM let go his left and right hands heads of Roche DP and right DS last year probably under direction from Roche bosses in Basel and now he is leaving too. So how's that special project in PTR cesspool working out for Jami?
As Jami's protectors and conspirators continue to move on the Truths about what she did will keep coming out. The lies she told about compliance to make the previous group look bad and the lies she told about how great the Opex group was to try to make herself look good are all coming out. Others will be speaking out as well.
It seems that Roche has decided to end the charade of integrating the GENE culture and leadership because they are realizing just how F'd up those people are. It was easy for Roche to believe GENE people were good early on because their one true product kept having successful new uses and sales growth. But when you looked behind the curtain of self-promoted competence and blinding profitability you saw a hollow shell of ability. Roche will have a hard time recovering its reputation hit from the damage done by GENE people. Keep highlighting the bullshit and stupid moves to protect yourself with the new buyer because when they take over and see what was done by JDP they will question the incumbents and you sure do not want to look guilty but rather look like people who identified the changes as wrong-minded all along. When Roche announces JDP's leaving will there be a FloHo to celebrate?
Not sure about the FloHo, but I and a lot of others will be dancing on the ceiling if and when Roche gets their head out of their ass and realize JDP was an impostor and should have been fired for her bonehead decisions and flaunting of the rules whenever it pleased her. I agree with what you said (especially about the Genentech folks as that company is like a bunch of cult followers), but I'm afraid the FLT "incumbents" will be saved and will be provided with jobs at other company locations. How can Roche ever make it up to the ones that JDP wrongfully got rid of from the site - meaning those who spoke up and disagreed with and/or challenged her but were maligned because they saw through her and the other talking heads on the FLT?? The walls are beginning to tumble down, but the wrongs will never be corrected for the good ones who paid the price because of her and her cronies on the current FLT, including our current site head.
As one who JDP tried to ruin I agree with you 100%. In her mind if it was not invented or developed by GENE is was not correct and was wrong. Her clear attempt to destroy and bring down the Site so she could be the hero was so classless and showed a complete lack of morality.
Leaders look to continue to build on the foundations others have created to make things even better.

I'm from west leftie coast GNE FTE and let me share my perspectives...
GNE sent army of people (even junior clueless risk management rep) to make y'all look as BAD as possible to make themselves look better. You are just ignorant gun and bible toting hicks. Roche was in "honeymoon" phase with GNE (lot of GNE talking heads got cushy expat assignments in Basel - most came back and many left) and thought GNE knew their stuff (maybe biologics but NOT small molecule). So came JDP along with rather anal quality heads like JMc and later more casual LV (who left to join JP's new company). GNE folks' motives were a stepping stone for "turning" around 1 fxcked up operations for their next career move at your expense - this is very typical GNE passive aggressive ways of working.
And hard to believe the JDP ass-kissers with brown stuff still on their noses denial waiting for mommy to come home like good pups waiting by the door with their favorite toys and BARKING like mad whenever they hear any noise outside.
I would imagine the massive Roche Carolina "Alumni" Association which Jami and her boy Tim created would/will have a massive FloHo once her ineptness is finally realized by somebody with common sense. Per the above post, everybody with any sense at all knows the whole thing that went down at RCI was a scam.
Don't blame those who desperately needed the job and stayed quiet.
Do blame those who knew the lie about the FDA 483 and the EMA Reviews and continued to spread the lie. Even when multiple consults pointed out things were okay and the current practices were compliant still had the brown nosers, opportunists and spineless leaders who would do anything and trash anybody to save their jobs.
Fully expected this from the Bruggers, Petes and Kaspers of the world - as they had no skill or ability. But disappointed in Steve, John and the Bobs.
Why disappointed. They did the same thing... lie to keep their job. Did you expect better from them? Foolish if you did. Especially from Steve.
