Rheumatology Specialty Positions (New)

Offers will not be contingent! Start date is October 8 (before, not after, approval). Training is before drug gets approved. My question is what happens if they extend the approval date again...after all on board and trained...anyone have contract experience with this scenario?

Is your meet and greet via Skype? Also does anyone know what the salary range is?

Just a heads up I was hired pending an approval of a new product which they were very confident it would be approved. An extension was requested so we all waited for a few months. It wasn't approved. All that interviewing and stress for nothing.dont count on this as a for sure thing and if it does get approved it may take longer than what they say.

Lundbeck may not be Pfizer but they are not fly by night. DO your research buddy.
Salaries and benefits were way better than PSS. Remember you are just a slave for Pfizer, you do not work for them. Good luck and hope this drug gets approval

Ok so I am confused. Will the salary offers be in the 70's? High or low 70's? What about vacation time? I had 5 weeks at my last job, I will expect more than 2 weeks. Is anyone going to the meet and greet in Chicago?

I was told max would be 75K. As far as vacation, don't hold your breath. I would say most you would get woiuld be 3 weeks. Remember this is CONTRACT not Pfizer so the benefits are not great

Has anyone had a meet and greet yet? Since there won't be any STAR questions, can anyone share what kind of questions are being asked? They say "not a formal interview" but I say best to be prepared because essentially this "is" an interview since it's still between two candidates. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Serious comments only please.

I have a Skype interview. I am preparing as I would for an in person interview. I was too to answer in STAR format. Contract typically offers two weeks vacation which is accrued. If the contract ends, you pay for the time you took.

They did not reveal the client until I was in the room. It was f2f. It was like an interview. No STAR questions but questions about my experience etc. Anyone else have a similar experience?
Anyone hear anything yet?

The same here, mostly tell me about your collaborative work experience. The great thing is there is only going to be one counterpart. Huge territory. I heard $500 month car allowance and 18 cents a mile for gas. We'll lose money while the counterpart has a company car and all expenses paid.
