My Greenie couldn't 'continue their call' out of a paper bag, super professional.

And worse things? Like getting shut out of offices, right?

No one is being territorial in their geography. This is clearly by someone who doesn’t and never has carried a bag “good day” poster.

Earned clinic access and knowledge is a necessary thing and the green reps don’t have that as their too new. They should be leaning on red/blue and taking their direction as to not get shut out. It would be irresponsible for them not to.

For the love of everyone, please allow the reps and managers to have input into the call panel like we used to in year’s past. Sales Ops only knows the docs by name and number and couldn’t create a fluid territory based on Rx volume.

And Good Day you are actually the most negative and annoying person posting on here because you have no idea what the hell you are talking about.

Have you not noticed yet that every time you post your condescending notes it just pisses all of the blue/red reps off more and you make things 10x worse for the green reps??

I’m not sure how or even more importantly why would a post of mine make things bad on the Green Team. I have made it clear from the start that they are talented and performing. On another note why get in the gutter with some of these disgusting and provocative posts? That doesn’t represent us well at all. Good day!

Because you keep touting the green team as these amazing, professional, performing, of utmost talent and amazing 'share of voice' people that we as red and blue reps are so incredibly lucky to have "helping" us. You keep ignoring the negative impact that it is having on your current, tried and true, reps who are losing access and time with important doctors who do not need nor want another Restasis rep.

Not to mention you keep referring to our worry over access and relationships with our current doctors as 1st world problem. If maintaining relationships and access to my most important accounts is a 1st world problem, then ya, it's a problem for me. It ultimately affects your current reps and Allergan's bottom dollar. All of those facts seems to escape your reasoning.
 




Did I ever speak disparagingly towards tenured reps unless they were failing to coordinate with the Green Team? I did not. I feel it is justified to chastise those who ignore and complain about the new members. The Green Team really is a very talented and qualified group of professionals that deserve better. Any good team given another great teammate should be excited and not jealous. The Green Team was hired for a reason and they are executing. Help them and you help yourself. Good day!
 




Good day poster stirs up the drama because here’s a desire for them to feel heard and included. No one shares their sentiments. We are all talented, tenured and contracted alike.
Even the highest level of coordination between team members doesn’t guarantee we wouldn’t be locked out (and have been locked out) of high volume offices that we have worked hard to maintain access. There needs to be a voice which is heard and executed from top down to give us reps the ability to act as a business owner for everyone involved, and that’s not occurring. It’s more like “here ya go, now deal with it and don’t complain or mention the elephant in the room”. Good people will leave, red, blue and green alike, some of which already have.

Eye care isn’t primary care, don’t run us into the ground treating it as such.
 








I believe it is unrealistic to expect reps to be consulted on every decision or to get the final stamp of approval from the field. There are times when decisions are made with a valid reason but an obvious explanation is not clear. You have to trust the process. Understand that these decisions have been thought out and were not done on the fly. The Green Team is a significant investment and will prove to be another decision to keep us on the right path. Good day.

You’re so disconnected. Every decision? How about a couple major decisions here and there.
 




























I wish we could all just agree that we can agree to disagree. We all have good points. The green reps are here to stay. Let’s treat them no different than Red or Blue. Thanks.
