One phone call, just an intro call and they promised a follow up within a week. Sounded very promising like offer likely but have heard zero.

offer likely after one intro call... do you hear yourself saying that? It is a long process. Intro call, 2 zooms with hiring manager and then final zoom with hiring manager and another RBD. They are far along in the process. If you haven't heard anything since intro, my guess is you were not moved forward...

Was told offer would come shortly as I am top qualified in rare disease, with PhD an experience. This crap of Zoom interviews do not apply to all, only marginal candidate. Still waiting for formal offer an if not by next week will follow up with meeting head of HR. Need this job.

Funny thing, already met the manager face to face. Didn't interact with Mix at all, told him I dont do bush league recruiters. Moving on to another interview next week. Do a little leg work and find out who the manager is, reach out and show them what you're worth....screw Mix and their legions of bubble heads.
