I had a zoom interview with the hiring manager in my area last week, Midwest area. Drug still not approved he said their would be no hiring until official approval.

No BS here, nobody to my knowledge has heard back with a decent offer.. I have been waiting for a call / offer for 2 weeks, not impressed by their HR people, very arrogant a holes. Serious hiring I believe is on hold until they get the approval although that approval is not a certainty. Stay tuned.

Agree, the recruitment activity is poorly managed, maybe just collecting resumes to maximize their fee. Have seen that before. Never heard back, almost another week gone by, and still waiting. Probably time to move on.
