With all do respect the PhD separates the 'men from the boys'. This candidate is light years ahead of the garden variety candidate with a jizzed up resume claiming rare disease expertise. It takes 3 intensive years and family and financial sacrifice to get the degree. So the PhD therefore commands literally double the salary of mere post high school applicants, that is to be expected as they come out of the gate 100% productive.

PHDs are nothing more than educated idiots.... I've never met one that can look you in the eye, communicate beyond the regurgitated drivel they learned in school... 150 IQ means nothing but you can recall nonsense... good sales reps and leaders have a thing called EQ. (Look it up dweeb) Most PHD drones can't get past a sentence without spitting on themselves in the process...... The PhD is the holy grail of intellectual and academic achievement. No wonder business leaders, when asked, say that the keen mind and superior deduction skills of the PhD are what literally keep this country going. Many are called but most unfortunately simply do not have the abstract critical thinking skills to attain this academic level. That is normal, do not despair, and realistically is Darwin's expose in a nutshell. Yes, not everybody can cruise at 160 IQ - the upper 1% in the Gaussian probability distribution of smarts. We shall all celebrate the new hires regardless of their mental capacity.
