B Mesh doesn't listen to anyone which is why he's in the boat he's in. Plenty of good people have tried to steer him in the right direction but he just blew them off. Bet he wishes he'd of listened right about now. He's about to get new bracelets!
 




All of you are entitled to your opinions but I have read these posts over the past couple of weeks or so and enough is enough. Those disgruntled executives or supervisors that are no longer with Proove as well as disgruntled channel sales reps were fired for a reason. One thing I do know is that Proove doesn't fire without cause. Because of these people, and their vindictive behaviors as well as their inabilities to let things go are the reason the STAT article even took place. And they are also the reason that good people are losing or scared of losing their jobs. What gives these people the right to destroy the lives of individuals that work hard and depend on their jobs? If you have a personal beef with Brian then that's one thing but to bring down PERs and others with your vengeance mindset is just wrong.
There are a large number of companies country-wide that are investigated with healthcare fraud daily! If Proove has done something wrong then it will be brought to their attention and will need to be corrected and likely a fine. To wish jail time or that the company folds is a sign of justification to some people. The same people that once loved Proove as well as the mission and purpose. I have read the sexual comments about employees, the absurd reasons that people left, current employees trash talking the company.......etc. My advice to you is to look at yourself before casting stones at others. How wrong are you? No this is not Brian. Just a concerned person. Someone that is concerned for PER's and others. Like I said, your vengeance and hatred toward the company is not appreciated. Get a life, obviously you are disgruntled and possibly need some counseling to learn coping skills and how to move on with your own life instead of trying to ruin the lives of others. If Proove has done any wrong doing then rest assured it will be addressed and corrected.

We are all taxpayers and have a legitimate right to be concerned about a company that is selling fake tests and ripping off Medicare. Please remove Jesus from all this. Brian is a crook and has stolen million from Medicare. Don't we have a right to be concerned? Is it fair to patients that this company keeps launching new inaccurate and unreliable tests into the market while claiming to aid patients. Don't we have a right to be concerned about the illegal and unethical billing practices of this company?

See what Eric fung said, read stats news report on proove and its obvious that the entire enterprise is a scam and scams have no reason to exist.

Mr Meshkin will have his day in court like every other citizen engaged in fraud. If he downplays this, thinking it will end up with a small fine, then he has no idea how many people have reported him and the amount of information the oig and fbi have on him. He is finished.

As stated before, I am not Brian. I am a current employee. Not at all who you would think as I have never posted on here. I am just fed up with former employees that were fired for a reason to stir up such allegations that if true, they once condoned. That's what I meant by looking in the mirror before casting stones.

Proove practices were going to come out sooner or later. There was no way this was going to continue forever. If Brian thinks STAT news article on Proove was because of disgruntled former employees then he obviously didn't read the first article. If not STAT, some other news company would have put something out on Proove. It was inevitable. Nothing last forever, especially fraud.

The "unbundling" billing practice does seem questionable. My guess is that is what brought in the Feds. Does anyone know if there is any precedent for this practice? Is there any precedent for prosecution for the practice?

This is bigger than just us employees. Proove will not be allowed to continue doing business. Proove cant survive the fines and repayments to the govt. Personally i think it will be in the millions and proove was already doing badly in the $$$ dept. Employees will suffer but they can always go get new jobs. Have you noticed how many high level managers hav left this place in the past couple months? Joe Matthews, Lisa Beggs, Vickie A, Karen the lawyer, Jennifer Dawson, Justin Guan, Chris Dunn, I heard Dr Si. I also noticed the board of directors are misding from the new website and they keep removing the managers. Not to mention all the layoffs. I really feel bad for you guys that are drinking Brian's kool aid.

To blame individuals who may have participated in an article which reveals the TRUTH is just ridiculous. Blame the individuals who run the place....NOT those who want the truth to be heard. Brian is the reason people are losing jobs. Not the stat article or disgruntled employees. Why do you think there are so many disgruntled employees abd people wanting to take Brian and Proove down? It really is astounding how many people and companies he hurt so badly. All while racking up a cabinet full of baloney awards and ripping off the government. Please don't try to blame stat. Stat just reported actual concerns. Brian has a way of twisting everything so he is the victim.
