It's impossible for the test to actually work. The true sign of a good test would be if it meets FDA approval and to achieve this the same results would have been replicated independently with large samples several times.
There are over 110 snps associated with opioid abuse and even if u put all of them in an algorithm you still cannot reliably and accurately predict risk of addiction for all types of people. The technology is quite simply not ready.
