Geesh, Being thick as thieves is all poly knows. Hey, Bonnie & Clyde had fun robbing banks.....right? Or like going to the casino. It's all just for the fun people. The house wins, you lose. You'll get a few free meals out of it at least.

worked with my 'manager' last week. he seemed genuinely scared that he might lose his job. He's only been here 6mos or so. I have to get out of here. This place is horrible. Management by intimidation and you MUST sell their way. They say it is a proven method of success but they haven;t proven it to me!!!
Pete, Drew, rick and AS printing money on the backs of hard working reps then treating them like crap. What a 'proven' method!

What state are you located in?

how long will it take AS to completely destroy the sales team? What is current count of reps and managers at Polymedco?

SEDITEN!!! What a piece of sh*t that whole ESR line is....

I recall hearing about a rep who sold a OC Auto and Polymedco never paid that rep the commission for the sale....class act, Poly.

learned another manager resigned. Pete and Aaron are really changing things at Polymedco. I guess by change, they meant they were increasing the already horrible turnover rate.

I bet Pete will make Aaron a sales rep by the end of the year, only to promote him to executive national sales manager by the beginning of next year.

LOL! What part of the country was this manager located at?

I haven't kept in touch with anyone from Poly since I left, but hell, not many people left that are still there...

last i heard there were only 2 managers in place. I don't know if they hired one for midwest. last i saw they were looking for what seemed like anyone from indy, chicago, milwaukee.
they had texas and tennesee(?)
this could mean they are down to 1 manager. if i remember correctly, they started their 'growth' plan last october or november. that's 5-6 months of dragging their stupid 'proven sales plan' through the mud and scaring people away.
if this plan is so proven, why don't they have more sales? if AS is so smart and such a great salesman, why not more sales? If the company was such a winner, why not more managers and salespeople? This place has more turnovers than Pilsbury!

Same silly process that has not evolved in over 20 years. In reality the company only has 4 employees. Pete, Aaron + a couple scattered about. etc..Everyone else is day-to-day.

How profitable can they be in the changing world of coverage?

They have trashed a lot of medical groups, independent labs and careers. Personally, there is not enough rum and Xanax generated live within the confines of a Polymedco relationship.

The Polymedco coffee mugs, corn syrup hard candies and " Doctor! what I have to share is important."

Our entire class was fired within months.

Which manager left? or was fired? anyone know???

Good question. I'm just wondering what sales reps are even left....

There were three reps, one of 5 years, and the other two of around 2 years each who I wonder if they are still with Poly. It's interesting how they lasted that long when there have been about a hundred other reps who have come and gone from anywhere between 1-11 months.....

since these guys are all nepetistic d-bags, I can't imagine many people wanting to stay. It will be interesting to see who is still there...and if they are feeling pressure or making any money!!!

it will soon just be aaron, jay, tom, and vince. aaron will be there forever because no one would hire him with his track record. jay, won't leave that gravy train. Tom, same as aaron .. he has to keep kissing up to his family leader to keep his job. Vince, don't know much about him.

That is weird. I worked for vince and I never heard from him. He would never return emails, phone calls. He would say he was at one place only to find out he was somewhere else. i think he plays the system as good as anyone.

You would think Pete would be embarrassed he runs a company where no one has any pride in Polymedco. Sure, he makes money but people have to wonder what type of leader he is when people leave in 3 months. He appoints people like Aaron and Vince with no experience.

There are a lot of people that make a lot of money running good companies with employee loyalty. Polymedco is a place no one wants to work for ... no one.

Reduced head count is saving money. Streamline profits and move into diversification. Business plan and sales process is in need of a reorganization. This will change the landscape in attracting top talent that can be retained!
