Pacific Pulmonary Services-Class Action Lawsuit

PPS...training program is a joke. Your not even trained. They send you novato where they dont teach you about your product at all. Practicing the same fake scenario over and over is not training. How about bringing in someone from resmed to show them what a cpap is or how it works or actually having a concentrator there in the room during the lectures. Total crap. I know people that had to train for months before starting in their territories and they would have docs come in and train them on the products. PPS is the worst company to work for. The sad part is Im still here. I need to get out and I am looking.

Lately it seems like its even getting hard to get paid. This new coi system sucks. A bunch of idiots from kentucky making no money. They dont care if your stuff ever submits. My checks used to be good. Now they blow. When I talk to my manager about it, they say we will get it fixed next month. Maybe I have bills this month.

Anyone reading this. THIS IS A STEPPING STONE JOB, if you take it, use it for what its worth and get out.

Everything you say is "right on the money" EXCEPT, PPS being a stepping stone.

After visiting this site for the first time, and reading these posts at the urging of an ex co-worker, no wonder the competition is kicking our ass!!

CSR's are being kept on longer for "damage control" since Kentucky has been a HUGE embarrassing failure.

PCC's will slowly drop-off. Most, without being replaced. Same m.o for most middle to upper management.

Shortly thereafter PPS will be systematically eliminated.
 












Couldn't happen for a more deserving company and upper management. I just feel sorry for the real workers of the company loosing their jobs with NO GOLDEN PARACHUTES. It is sad how management can destroy a company and always come out on top,while the real hero's who did their jobs the best they could with what they were given to work with, have their lives turned upside down. In some countries upper management would be sent to prison for ruining the company and ripping off the government by not providing the care to the patients they were paid to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope there is a large investigation by Medicare and they realize they were being taken advantage of.
 




































This is a common sense message to J.A. and your worthless trainers since they won't return phone calls. Business 101 and COMMON SENSE would dictate that if you are sending out sales reps to doctors offices and hospitals and you continually fire them because THE COMPANY cannot fulfill the level of service that has been stated to them and therefore they can not attain YOUR RIDICULOUS sales goals and your turn-over is evident to the the very doctors and hospitals you call on, this creates a TRUST ISSUE and the company is seen as NOT TRUSTWORTHY and thus it does not matter who you send in after the fact. You have set up every P.C.C. to fail because the track record is of failure in SERVICE and the BAD company management is transparent to all (except the management). Business 101 says Good Management is the KEY to Success and BAD Management will lead to it's demise. Instead of firing the worker bees,FIND A NEW QUEEN BEE.

Couldn't have stated it better myself. Worked hard as a PCC to get the business and build the trust. Service was so bad I couldn't keep the trust with the docs that I had worked so hard to build. The techs worked hard, but what can one person do when there is NO equipment to set the patient up with. No concentrators, no tanks, no cannulas, no cartridges for the fax machines, no cartridges for the printer. Frustrating for the CSRs, the techs, the OMs, and the PCCs. Obviously the management team does NOT care!
