SBO sales numbers are guarded much more closely. I wasn't paying attention at the ASM when they announced the sales for the award winners.

OM has been a "Player" with podiatrists for a longtime and many of those reps do well.

They did much better when Full-Line Reps were common.
 












I'll tell you what Cavanaugh is doing...he's pouring everything he's got into building and growing the CMF business that has been mis managed with poor leadership over the years. He's providing a "lead from the front" sales mentality that is refreshing and successful. He's providing TM's with the management and resources they need to compete. Nope, I don't work for Jim, but I am tired of seeing these post from tired re-treads that couldn't hack it, and now have nothing better to do than disparage the people they worked for and the company that paid them to do a job.

To the guy that is providing confidential company information....go look in the mirror and see what looks back. You proud of that? I wouldn't be either. If your still stealing money from OsteoMed do us all a favor and leave. Take your class act to someone else. If you already got your walking papers good riddance.

For anyone interested in working for OsteoMed, just call the company and talk to HR. They will get you in touch with someone that can truly inform you about the company. Unfortunately all your going to get on this blog is disgruntled past or present employees.
 






why doesnt anyone know anything about the ortho sales force? what is so guarded about it? why wouldnt cmf be guarded too? i am thinking about joing ortho sales team, should i? shouldnt i? do those reps make money? how much? what is so special about them but not about cmf? sorry for all the questions
 












The numbers that someone gave out are authentic and I can vouch for it. Based on the numbers you can easily calculate that barring top 3-5 guys who make 150+ .....the rest are in plan A where you make at best 60K a year. I am sure you have better things to do.

Cavanaugh is the one who is sucking money and have CMF down -50%....I will be surprised if he can survive another year.
 


















They Fired Ursula? That will change everything she was the biggest cause of poor sales and no new products!

Ursula was THE main reason we have no new products. I heard she was fired because they found out she was a Russian spy, stealing and selling our ideas to the competition. That's why we are the 4th or 5th to come out with new things, Ursula was selling secrets.

No but seriously Ursuala is a good person and I hope she is happy in whatever the future holds for her, but that shit is funny.
 






Now that J&J has bought Synthes, Biomet has Lorenz and Stryker has Leibinger, where does that leave OM & KLS? KLS at least has good distractors and Bill Arnett and his minions. How will OM CMF survive?

I'm looking at a cmf position. What am I missing? Why would anyone want to be in the job if only the top handful of reps make $150K? Is it just a stepping stone? Is there another side of the comp plan with boatloads of stock options? I thought this type of device sales would be $300K+ for the top guys.
 






$300K?? You have no clue dude!! look at this board does it sound like a company that has $300K reps? it has very few $200K reps, stock options? there are no stinking stock options.
