Correct, like many middle-managers, they do very little to support the reps, they dedicate all of their time to making sure metrics show activity independant of results. You will feel like you're back in middle school, don't be tardy for homeroom!
 






The management is the worst I have seen in a very long time. They are focused on all the wrong things. They are not helpful and don't "mentor" their reps. to grow sales. They look for weaknesses and prey on them to lay down a paper trail and then get off on firing the victim. Really bad move for any career, level minded individual. Osteohealth is terrible to work for.....

The inside word is that they are going to be canned before April 1. Former management has been contacted to re-establish market position. It is the best move she could ever make.

the payback has begun.....seasoned reps are taking back the business. Drs are sticking with the reps they know and trust, not the products. Osteohealth will soon fold and MJ will contiune to focus on American Regent! The ship has sunk!
 






Wow! That is surprising. Was it the fact that almost 25+ reps have come and gone since he has come on board, many taking business away from Osteohealth in their new posistions with the competition, or was it the 20+ million that they have lost in business since he arrived.

Dont worry. Just keep doing those Success Reports each week and make sure you hold your Sales Binder at the proper angle so the doctor can see it. The 22 million will come back as long as you stick with these sales techniques!

Oh and dont forget to sell Bio Oss Collagen to the GP market. Thats a winner!
