Congrats your #202 fuckface!
Division is headed out. Nothing like a bunch of pharma duds to run it in the ground. The people with the relationships are taking all the business. Osteohealth reps don't get past the gatekeeper! I know one who puts down a call if he/she just rides thru the parking lot. Phara sales perfected.
Dennis is too focused on all the wrong things like binders and using the pointer in the correct way. What a waste of time. His great rewards program is helping me and lot of ex employees to make a lot of easy money. That program has pissed off a lot of big customers. I'm going telling them how they have lost discounts and OHD doesnt care with this stupid program and they right there switch over with our discounts. Talked to a few other fomers employees and we are laughing all the way to the bank. Dennis your stupid plan worked the wrong way. You pissed off your customers and then are switching over soooo easssy.
DG is small minded. Thats why he worried more about the sales book and pen pointing. What's sad is that he thinks the rewards program increased business or maybe saved some business. All it did is made a lot of good past osteohealth customers more mad and they are switching. He has convinced himself he is right on this and everything else. His huge ego has led to the failure of this company.
What is with all those ...'s??? I remember seeing them on my text messages and emails...
There is no need to resort to name calling. They are going down the crapper faster than the origional reps built the division. There is hardly one of the past or present reps who could have a name or label attached to their name. Should we go down that road? The rewards program was a joke. The Doc hate it and the dental reps who use to be with the company were smart enough to know that it hurt sales and was not a motivator.
The AO should be real fun.
The AO should be real fun.
Don't forget your binders!!!
All AO attendees let plan on meeting a 6 in the morning at the booth so we can be the first there and four hours before anyone else so we can say we were first at somethng. DG will feel better. And don't forget your binders.
Unfortunately, it looks as though this once dominant market leader is going to be a catalog supplier. This distributorship is looking to sell off it's BioLogics technology and acquiring more commonities items. The sales force will be gradually minimized and eventually eliminated.
