Hold the binder at the correct angle? That shit is funny. Reminds me of the 6 months I spend in pharma. Same kind of horseshit. I was told how to properly load my trunk, I was detailed on how to hold the company pen properly while using it as a pointer with the Master Visual Aid, and of course I was indoctrinated on how to bring the correct amount of samples with me when I entered a large medical building. I realized pretty quickly that none of this had anything to do with generating revenue, building strong relationships or selling a product. If this is what you poor bastards have to deal with at Osseohealth I truly do feel for you guys.

1. Do I prescribe BioOss B.I.D or P.R.N
2. Is is covered on Jersey Care's formulary
3. Will my rep know how much BioOss that I am using by contacting the pharmacy?
 






there is a position open in the southeast, based out of Atlanta. any feedback on manager, comp plan, etc?

after reading this board, I am wary of this opportunity. is it still a good entry way coming from B2B?

Thanks. You just planned a day at the NSM. I wonder if the reps are in charge of this years meeeting as well? New managment still knows nothing about the product!
 






Eventually the truth will come out and no matter how many lies one may tell you, you will eventually figure it all out in the end and then you will be able to make your decision. Don't trust anyone no matter what they tell you.
 












I am sure if you really want the job and you are desperate, you will manage and you can scratch and pick your way through it till something better comes along. You can most likely fake it with the people that surround you and maybe they will buy your story if you put on a good acting job then when a better opportunity comes up you can always leave, your job and move on. Take what you can get for now.

ex rep here......had a great run till the dildo's from Pisseer came around. I swear to God the manager told me he was going to ride with me with a weeks notice. I had grown the territory an average of 20 percent each year and developed relationships that were (and still are) invaluable to the industry. I asked him where we should meet and what hotel (trying to be nice and professional) His response, "just call me with the address in the morning and I will come to you" You see...with your call cycle in place you should be where you say you are, like, "a train on track" . goal to get the Docs to order on-line and dump the sales team. Mark my words....dental is a different world. A world Osteohealth (as a distributor) knows nothing about. They have lost half the market share in the last three years. MJ will dump the division and sell off whats left of GEM21. Bio-Oss and Bio-Gide will be picked up and sold thru an implant company.

company is going under.....Luitpold want out of the division. Implant companys are getting in the bone graft game with skilled, smart, dental reps who have the contacts and now regen reps who know the products. Goodbye Osteohealth health and thanks for the 401-k I just rolled over.

If you don't have an FCC(and us old timers know what that stands for), you have no where to go but to the unemployment line. Only 1 former rep has ever amounted to anything at OHD. And no one else ever will. They only hire RM's from pharmaceutical companies.
 
























Where is the meeting being held? Are the reps responsible for the content? Seems like it would be pretty hard since everyone is new!

Jackson Hole.....do you think that marketing and managment are going to conduct the meeting? HA they will just send out an assignment for each rep and fill the days with dull power points by dull ex pharma / ex-catering specialist.
 
























You could go to Linkedin and try to make a contact with someone? Thats how their website works? You see who is viewing your site most of the time. Must be missing something...not me...wonder if the little woman knows...
 






How can we stop our accounts going to ACE? I know, I'll create a rewards program! Oh, sh#t!
