New Oncology RD who came over from an establish industry leading Oncology company.
To say after a month that things are so basic foundational & clueless at the top with Joanna and Stu not to mention the ERD, it a understatement by 10 fold.
If I had known leadership was cluless about the BC market or Oncology in general, I would not have even taken the 1st recruiters call.

They lied in the recruoting build up about Trov & Mag..... both SUCK!
Trov is at max sales now until furter indications come--- solid efficacy but real world clinical exoerience is toxic---A DOG!
Mag has dozens of issues that were covered up to all canidates and deep research shows this is also a toxic drug.
Now we know why IG foubders & exevs are living on their own island now.
And tell tell sign is 80%IG management have left..... if Tov or even Mag was half way good, they would stay.

Gilead Oncology is a complete disaster and the wrong people leading the division.

No more at stake than Filog was and Billions paid to Galop and you saw how that also blew up. Per docs & patients Trov works but is a toxic dog.
Per FDA Mag is a dog w lot of issues delay 1-2yrs

IDK if Trov is a dog or not but do know from personal experience it is hard to stay on thus likely have already reached peak sales with current indications.
Mag was suppose to be the flagship drug of the Oncology franchise & recent info from FDA is thats highly in jeporady now.
Glad I stayed in HIV where are are proven & our drugs are tolerable

Listen the entire ONC industry always has a lot of matrix members but to add to it a mirror counterpart? Big pharma at it's best. That being said I wish all of you who are taking on the endeavor great success. There are some really talented reps being hired over there.

Pipeline biggest product got dealyed min 18 months now. Current product makes you curled up in front toliet 24/7 coming out both ends all day long....
I should never left a good reputable company to come sell this dog of a drug w side effects.
Wish I can have a mulligan but will start looking asap. Most Oncology jobs are posting Spring & Summer so I m out as soon as I get an offer

They are a joke. Know several of their peers and they are viewed at the bottom of their previous teams....
Bringing over trash, people on verge of PIPs, non workers lazy people, om verge being fired--- not the best of best that we should be bringing over.
The Trov is a hard as sell with the best reps. These slackers loosers will have zero chance.

It is like nobody called any of their former bosses..... for many the previous companies are thrilled to boot them to Gilead
