Low IQ terms--- the leadership is industry worse! Especially Joanna and Stu.... the managers and reps they are hiring from outside are a laughing stock from the companies they are coming from. It is like nobody called any of their former bosses..... for many the previous companies are thrilled to boot them to Gilead

Forget about IG selling Gilead swamp land,
I was sold swamp land with a sinkhole under it to leave a great gig & come over here to this total unorganized unknowlegable division.
The VP & ERD is clueless & so far the Pres seems 10x worse. Most regrittable decision in my career to join an HIV company trying to be a playing in Oncology with crappy leadership
 






They are a joke. Know several of their peers and they are viewed at the bottom of their previous teams....
Bringing over trash, people on verge of PIPs, non workers lazy people, om verge being fired--- not the best of best that we should be bringing over.
The Trov is a hard as sell with the best reps. These slackers loosers will have zero chance.
Looking more & more like Gilead bought swamp land fraudently covered up as the Emerald Place! Read up what FDA says about compounds
If you could sell, there would be no reason to bring folks in. Quit. Make it easier on all of us

10-12 calls per day?? I have hardly anywhere that allows us to do lunches anymore so 3 per week is never going to happen. I wish it would but no way in hell. 4 Veeva pages per presentation? WTF?? Do they look at when and how long you're on the pages? I bet they do. This sounds so degrading especially with a mirror partner and all the matrix members. This sounds miserable. At first I regretted not going for it but now I'm so glad I didn't.

Just curious, if all that was hired were “the lazy bottom feeders on their way to plans who are a laughing stock,” and you’ve been with Gilead two months now…weren’t you one of the loser “bottom feeders” hired? Again…just curious!!!!

I am actually brand not sales.
IG reps were avg at best but reps being hired in were not even ranked in top half of their Regions. Running from something for sure.

Pretty accurate but more like 10 calls a day-- still too many for hard to see Oncologist that wont give us time because Trov patient call backs on SE are driving them crazy.
Thing is Joanna is clueless with anything outside of clinical base show up & throw up a call flow a dozen times a day.... all she knows is old school BS metrics. Stu not much better as he has never been a rep & is clueless. Both from big pharma that calls calls calls & frequency is all that matters. My head is still spinning as why I left a good thing for this dysfuntional mess
