Oncology is a disaster from start of buying a hidden sewer.
- Pres & VP are joke, zero leadership
- Drugs work but bad bad SE not tolerated
- Trov is flat lined in sales past 8m not growing
- 90% of Immunomedic Mgt have bolted along w RDs & NSD
- ERD in West is a laughing stock at former co
- RD & Reps being hired are avg & below average callibrated at prior co. Not even viewed as top 1/3rd talent to retain.
- Trov toxic dog
- Mal canned for 2yrs by FDA for D2D & Toxic elements to be required further testing
- Need to be another Onc co for Division to survive as Trov was over inflated & oversold while future Brand of Dividion & Gold Standard Mal now might ever get approved now.

POS Pres & VP with zero leadership. These 2 are very aweful with the Oncology space.
Given the FDA squash of Mal, and the toxic real world patient experiences with Trov, WE NEED TO OVERHAUL & SCRAP EVERYTHING THEN 100% RELAUNCH WHAT J & S HAVE CLUSTER F UP

I don’t for one moment believe your RD shared those thoughts with you. Too much kiss ass, scared and bobble headed “leadership” throughout Gilead to even think of having such a discussion especially with a subordinate.
 






you missed the chance. where else is something so exciting happening. Answer: it's not.
You should have been paying closer attention because this train has left the station and is ROARING!
 




































IDK what the rest of Gilead is like but being here 2 months from 15 yrs of steller Oncology career, our Oncology division so far is a F king train wreck like I ve never seen in the industry.

I am with you girlfriend.
My RD is so raw that I have no clue why he was hired other than diversity token. He only has like 3-4yrs of management experience.
Nice guy but not qualified at all.

Ntl/Key Accounts, Medical, and sales already tripping all over each other. I'm in a different division and a pharmacist asked me what the deal was with so many Gilead people. SMH You're making the company in general look like a joke. You'd think Onc may operate with a little more sense. You look stupid. I actually think Onc may be the WORST division to work in the company because of this ridiculous matrix... especially if you're the TS in a difficult access area. Now you're making all of us look stupid. Thanks.
