Is the NBU the only division where managers compete to see who's team can wear the stupidest matching clothes so they can say my group has team spirit? We are living in a culture of fake high school mentality. Maybe we should all wear banana costumes to prove we are good reps.

This is so spot on. If this is what NBU does to motivate and show spirit, no wonder nobody is happy. I guess it all ladders up though. Hope everyone did their lip sync video. Gag
 












Call me naive but I'm still holding it hope that John, Mike, and anyone else from the outside will impart some wisdom on Perry about how good companies and companies that are consistently ranked as the best to work for actually treat and value their employees.
I'll give you a hint it's NOT having 8-5:30 every day meetings and not having ANY FREE TIME OR FUN TIME. Having Friday be a travel day so that we can get home at a reasonable hour... Just sayin'

I totally agree with you. I am so drained by all of this togetherness, even though I really like the people I work with! I just need a little down time to be in my room or at least have options for doing so. I feel like they treat us like toddlers; no running in the hall during sessions!!!
