Why are the people here so hung up on women being let go here? Get over it.
Because the lack of diversity among the ET and, to a lesser extent, the SMTP, is appalling. Divergent backgrounds and thoughts should be valued. It's pretty clear they are shunned here.
I wish there was some sort of diversity initiative at the company. We would be more profitable and a much happier place to work.
