RE has never been very descreat on her true feelings about the sales force or her own coworkers for that matter. Having AA around didn't help. That department has some of the most unprofressional and immature "managers" I've ever witnessed.

And this is why we lost Martin. It wasn't about money, it was playing a supporting role to someone who didn't know what they were doing yet taking the credit.
 


















Chad. Was one of the smart ones who left when he started seeing things going in the wrong direction. Great with surgeons and reps, knew the industry, and a work-a-holic. It is taking 3 people to replace the work he did by himself. Working for one of the big companies now.

True story. Take it from someone who makes 20% more at another company. Life is definitely better on the other side. Of course with all of the changes, you couldn't pay me enough to work there anymore.
