what exactly are they looking for other than diabetes experience ie. the person who had the phone screen-what's your background?

Just had phone screen from recruiter. Next is regional recruiter. Salary and comm targeted at almost 100K not bad for CSO. As in previous post training only 2 weeks, 1 at home and 1 at corporate.

Had phone screen Friday, told the same thing but I was told these positions due depend on the approval of the once a week dose. Interviews in Jan, start in Feb.

Yes, DM's are currently doing f2f interviews. Reps are in the phone interview process.

Also, you say target 100K... What did they say the base salary range is then?

The base is in the 72-75 range with 25k target bonus.

Remember this is another pos cso job so it really doesnt matter what the guy told me the salary is because no one will have the job longer than a year in reality. Its a scam really.
If you are at all decent go for a real position with excellent pay and longevity. Nothing is forever but anything is longer and better than these shitty positions. They all suck.

Well, that sounds nice, but in some areas, such as mine, there are no direct positions being posted. They all seem to be contract now. Sanofi has a big lay off this week, to boot. $100K total comp is pretty good in these parts.

Contract mentality. "there is nothing else" YOU"RE HIRED. Exactly what we are looking for.

Was told rep interviews were moved back until after the holidays to allow time for the managers to be hired. That is the story this week, who knows but just passing along what I was told

if you can't get one of these positions you really are a loser. these are as easy to get as burger King positions. It's basically a sign on the line for a few months or until they dont want us anymore. Demeaning, worthless, idiot job.
