Nevro

when you hire seasoned, experienced reps with a neuromod history you attract all types. Everyone in the Neuromod space knows, most reps are sleepwalking, year after year. If you're not a "closer", you need not apply at Nevro.

Can’t sell stim any other way than with experienced neuromodulation reps. Just ask Nuvectra. Hybrid sales groups don’t work

It sounds like Nevro is changing their hiring strategy, as I've heard that recent training classes have had very few people with an SCS background. I wonder if this is by choice or necessity...?

No self respecting stim rep would work for Nevroagain

Worst company in the biz

Rami kicks everyone’s ass and people know it. The ones that don’t admit it, are insanely jealous of his success. Just a very bright guy that outworks his peers and happens to pilot the best therapy and novelty product to ever grace the neuromodulation industry. Period.

I'm glad your summer internship at Nevro went well, sounds like Rami made quite an impression.

How many Nevro reps are meeting quota and what do you think the turnover is??? Thanks in advance.
NAFOR (not a fan of Rami)

Hard to say how many reps are making quota as I don't have visibility to sales rankings or performance outside of my territory. At the NSM, every DSM that achieved quota for the year got an award, and there were about 20. As far as turnover goes, about a third of the DSMs from my training class are gone and there have been three DSMs from my region fired in the last year, so I'd say 30% is a fair number.

My personal opinion on our CEO is that he's a brilliant, hardworking guy that has an inspired vision for the future of Nevro and SCS. I also think he has overplayed his hand with Wall Street and that sales will be taking some lumps in the near future. I'm just focused on surviving each quarter and hoping that things will smooth out over time. Nevro is a great therapy and a great group of people.

Sorry to hear your employment at Nevro was short. I hear National Car Rental is looking for counter/customer service reps. Maybe you can get your job back.

At the rate Nevro is burning through med industry talent, you're gonna be working with National Car Rental and Xerox folks sooner than later.

By the way, how's that VP hunt going? Red-hot company like Nevro should have outstanding candidates lining up, right?

“Burning through Industry talent”? Really? Hiring or rejecting disgruntled sales folks like yourself leads to a quick exit. Nevro Sales Reps bring value or they depart. The days of a 4 hour work day may be ok at STJ and the others, but not here. Snowflakes like you that challenge old work habits are soon forgotten until they surface as haters at sites like this. Here you can anonymously throw stones and rationize why the couldn’t land or keep the new gig. Good luck in your job search.

Congratulations on your outstanding work ethic. Without question, everyone at Nevro works their ass off, and I have no doubt that you are one of the best! I was only suggesting that you not disparage car rental professionals, since they're in the group of people desperate and/or naive enough to backfill a DSM territory for the third time in two years.

So, how is that VP hunt coming along?
