I would appreciate a serious answer regarding turnover. I'm considering a sales role and I think the last rep was there for less than a year. Is this a common situation?

I don't think there is any way to know for sure. It's definitely not 75% but it a lot of people have quit or been fired over the last year. It's a challenging job and the the quota ramp is steep and rapid. The level of micromanagement from Redwood City is frustrating and causes things to move slowly at times. That said, it's also very rewarding and an exciting place to work.

Definitely ask around and do your due diligence. Make sure the pieces are in place to get off to a fast start. Good luck!

75% in the last year which is an industry high:eek:no self respecting sales person would work for the ayatollah who is weak:(small:confused:the only way to achieve success and get promoted is if you are a very masculine women:oops:or a very feminine man:rolleyes:and or middle eastern:mad:

LMAO - two of the three at the end describes the not so dynamic duo from the northwest.

I feel sorry for you Bro! You’ve got the product everyone wants and you still can’t make you number. You’ll have to find a way to get out of house and go to work. Pity the fool....

Plenty of docs want the therapy. A lot fewer are willing to double their trial cost and/or cut their perm margins by >$5000. Especially once they see that it's not quite the miracle therapy that the RCT suggests.
