But, in all seriousness - I'd appreciate some honest feedback.
I was contacted by a recruiter for a DSM job at Nevro. I have zero SCS experience, but have been a high achiever and President's Club winner at two other med device companies.
What is the comp like?
Is the ramp up as brutal as you all make it sound?
Any insight/advice (honest & not sarcastic) would be appreciated.

If you're doing well at your current gig and have a path for advancement there, I wouldn't gamble your career on Nevro. At least for right now. Lots of great things about this company, but sales leadership and culture are not on that list. The fact that the former VP abruptly left for a different job, and that they still don't have a replacement after four months, speaks to the dysfunction, as does the high turnover.
