Neuro

I heard base pay will be between 55 - 70k with bonus potential of 16k plus company car, health benefits, 401k match and pension is yet tbd.

Promoting in this crowded market to PCP,s who traditionally do not prescribe biologics will be a Herculean task and in today’s new Lilly, sales results will separate the heroes from the zeroes.
Wtf?? I was told target bonus in mid 20s which isn't great but 16K? Also, depending on experience could go into high 90s. I don't know what to believe from recruiters anymore.

I spoke to the recruiter and was basically laughed at with my 15 years of Neuro experience. The base salary was no where near what I am currently making. I mean really off! These positions are two steps behind the rest of the CGRP market. Good luck with that.

A recruiter reached out to me for next week's interviews. Anyone know what credentials they're looking for?!

I have speciality exp mainly in my background and have tons of awards.

Are they looking for a mid career level or entry level? Since this is calling on PCP's, not sure why the recruiter would place me for interview when i asked her to only consider me for specialty.

Really 90's salary to sell a biologic?? The bonus is certainly for entry revel reps.

Anyone know the real salary range on these positions?! Baffles me how the company and recruiters want to interview without disclosing pay details.. Ridiculous!

I would agree prob not a bright idea to leave your current gig for this when they can't even be transparent in the beginning!! If you're out of a job then go for it but that's prob the only time I would even take time to prepare. Fn bozos wasting people's time!

Quit your bitching. Stay where you are if you think you deserve a huge salary for a PCP gig.

Entitlement?? You mean getting paid at industry level, experience, relationships ETCCCCC. You're an idiot. If that's your thinking go take your a%% to Walmart or some minimum wage job! You're prob broke as fuxk with a miserable life. Losers like you don't belong in ANY type of sales or marketing. Go work for Walmart be a greeter or flip burgers with your loser mentality! Lollll I bet you're the biggest loser there is, BUM!

I was told theyre gonna hire reps first and before reps can meet their DM! What a crock of crap. Who the hell who would jump ship before getting a chance to talk to the manager. What if the DM is a nightmare or a complete weirdo?! makes no sense!

PCP gig? NO WAY. awful. PCP's are afraid of biologics--no access-cattle call-lunch books have no openings. 100K salary, Forget it. If neuros were involved, yes. This will be awful. I said no.

Nothing in life is more meaningless than a sales award.

What type of reps does Lily look for? Do they like winners people who can move scripts or do they like reps that are average but great at taking orders and kissing a#%??

Seems like they like the latter..

Anyone have any insight on this? I got an email for a recruiter and wondering if it's worth even prepping for interview.

Thanks in advance
