Well we would be doing a lot better if Shire, Arbor, and Pfizer got there sh!t products out of our ADHD space and let the big boys play! Everyone knows Shire reps can't sell a bottle of water to a dehydrated person. Take away that that fancy "big pharma" name badge and you got yourself a UPS driver with a huge ego and tiny dick. Tired of these big pharma trolls acting like they are the reason there product is selling. Hell, they could have a 12 y/o with a touch of the downs sell their products with a sales call of "Hi, I'm ___ with Shire, write my drug."

Had a conversation with a Arbor DM and his rep bragging about how successful his team is because of his utilized strategy with his reps. I laughed in their faces and walked away.

Now now fat boy Adzenys is a me too drug with free for all $25 no holla. I agree with you on the Shire dig they are trash. Pfizer would mop your dick in the dirt if they handled managed care. Arbor is a joke from where it was a couple years ago. Their management has turned the place into a revolving door. So keep selling that no pa me too and hope you have a job next year.

This is so spot on. Why are managers only sending out your own numbers instead of the national report on cotempla copay redemptions? Because they don't want you to see the doctors who already have way more than 20. There is definitely preferential treatment going on. The "chosen ones" get all the copay cards they want prior to launch. I get it - if a doctor is going to write the hell out of the product, give them the damn cards. But don't be condescending pricks and tell us it's an even playing field and we all have a shot at #1 when that's blatantly false. Why is it a secret that certain reps get a leg up? Just be honest about it. Shady mother f'ers
